I've been snoring a lot lately. I'm not talking about your average buzzing bee but literally, I-can-hear-you-snore-from-outside-the-room kind and man, oh man it's something this lady doesn't like to hear! I guess I've always associated really loud thunderous snoring with men and to hear that I'm doing this--well, talk about self esteem issues! 

I didn't use to snore--and certainly not like this, so I'm thinking it's got to be something I've done lately to cause it. Tried the from 2 pillows to 1 pillow to no pillow process of elimination and all I got from it was a freakin' sore neck! Strike one.

Next, I tried changing sleeping positions. I'm a lie-on-your-back kind of person (wait, that sounds strangely ambiguous...) so I started sleeping on my right side. Then left. No, right. Left. Right! Left! On my stomach--can't breathe! On my back again--SNORE!!! Strike two. >_<

Then, I found out that sudden loud snoring can be caused by lifestyle changes. Hmmm...all those trips to restaurants and such have been causing me to pack on a few pounds. Sooooo, I've decided to go on a diet and see if the snoring goes away as I get rid of the excess poundage. What sacrifices I am making!! Cutting out the good shtuff like Nando's and Ms.Reeds and Shogun so that I won't make more noise than needed in bed. LOL *wink* Will update you lot if this becomes strike three, though.

On another and entirely different note...I'm kinda pissed at how I'm scoring in Translation. You know the feeling...you write (or in my case, translate a piece of text) something and you feel real good about it because you think you may have done your best this time around and then it comes back to you slapped with a lousy B-. It really sucks since I don't feel the emotional elements in Bahasa Malaysia. I'm probably going to have to rethink taking up translation as my final year research paper...like hell I'd wanna score a lowly B- for something like that.
