I won't deny that I've slammed the Gates on Bill and lost my confidence in Compaq-HP eons ago.

but...

Let me just say that my dad's new 12.1" tablet PC is freakin' sweet! I had a lot of fun messing around with the stylus and the writing program (which, at times seemed as though I had a bigger vocabulary than it) and well, who doesn't love a touch screen? I wonder why tablet PCs never really made it, though.

And now I'm beginning to wonder if Apple would ever come out with a touch-screen Mac.
