Bah!


Another day, and I still haven't lost a pound!!

I am soooo pissed off.

You should check out Dr. ?'s Gold Standard Protein Powder. I can't recall the Dr's name, but I'm currently using the product and lost 10 pounds in a week, with no extra exercising. I just followed the directions and continued on as normal, minus any junk food I may have been eating, of course.
